Shipping Policy
 

At Toys4 Big Guys, we offer professional tools, tool belts, work bags, safety eyewear, construction accessories and jobsite gear designed for everyday professional use.
 

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, size, weight, availability, destination and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be provided during the order process or before the order is confirmed.
 

Orders are processed once payment has been completed or, when applicable, once financing or lease approval has been confirmed.
 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, phone number and contact information. Toys4 Big Guys is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
 

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may depend on the shipping carrier. Any delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays or external factors are outside of our control.
 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For approved exchanges, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
 

Returns & Exchanges Policy
 

All sales are final. Toys4 Big Guys does not offer refunds.
 

We only accept exchanges under specific conditions. Exchanges are permitted only when an item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
 

For tool belts, including Occidental Leather and Weaver Tool Gear products, exchanges may also be accepted if the wrong size was purchased or if there is a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
 

To request an exchange, the customer must contact Toys4 Big Guys as soon as the item is received and provide proof of purchase, photos or videos showing the issue, and the original order information.
 

Items must be unused, in original condition and returned with all included accessories, tags, manuals, packaging or product components when applicable.
 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an approved exchange.
 

Toys4 Big Guys reserves the right to review each exchange request before approval. Exchanges will not be accepted for used items, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect handling or if the customer simply wishes to change the product for another item.
 

Product Availability

Product availability may vary at any time. Some products, sizes, colors and models may be limited or subject to restocking.
 

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Toys4 Big Guys will contact the customer to provide available options.
 

Prices, product descriptions, colors, sizes and availability may be updated without prior notice.

Progressive Leasing 90-Day Purchase Option: Standard agreement offers 12 months to ownership. 90-day purchase options cost more than the retailer's cash price, except for the 3-month option in CA. To purchase early or cancel a lease, customers must call 877-898-1970. The retailer cannot activate early purchase options.
